Psalm 119 isn’t read too often, except in short bursts like this. It is the longest chapter in the Bible with 176 verses. We are just too weak to read all of those in one setting! (Do you hear the challenge?) But Psalm 119 is a great chapter to read because it speaks to me about God’s commands and principles and why each one of them is important. I am encouraged to take time to meditate on God’s Word no matter how long it may be. It is a light that illuminates the path I am walking.
Spend some time today in Psalm 119. Wander its words and dig for those nuggets of gold that just may be what you are searching for.
